At About Snoutz, we are committed to providing high-quality training courses and exceptional customer service. We offer a 30-day refund policy to ensure your satisfaction and success.

1. Refund Eligibility:

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase.
  •  Refunds are only available if you can demonstrate that the course did not work for you, despite your genuine effort to engage with the materials and utilize the available support options, including:
  • Engaging with the online course materials
  • Participating in the community discussions
  • Attending live Q&A sessions
  • Refunds are only available for first-time purchases of our training course. Subsequent purchases are not eligible for refunds. 

2. How to Request a Refund:

  • Email our support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request."
  • Include your full name, purchase date, and evidence of your engagement with the course and support options, such as:
  • Screenshots of completed course modules
  • Links to your community discussion posts
  • Dates and topics of live Q&A sessions attended
  • Explain why the course did not work for you, despite your efforts to engage with the materials and support options.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

 3. Refund Process:

  • If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

4. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Any bonuses or additional materials provided with the course are not eligible for refunds.
  • Customized or personalized training materials are non-refundable.
